NABH Pre-AssessmentThe following assessment team visited VINAYAKA MISSION'S HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL - AH-2018-0136 for the on-site Preassessment on 02/08/2019.
The SCOPE of the Pre-Assessment was to establish channels of communications, plan the schedule for the final assessment and determine logistics and man-day requirements and to determine whether the hospital will be ready to face third party final assessment by a team of assessors from NABH. The Pre Assessment included opening meet, document verification, assessment of hospital, de-briefing meet and closing meet followed by online submission of report. |

NABH Final AssessmentThe following assessment team visited VINAYAKA MISSION'S HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL - AH-2018-0136 for the on-site Final Assessment of Hospital on 14th & 15th February 2020.
The SCOPE of the Assessment was to establish channels of communications and to determine whether the hospital complies by the standards of NABH. OPENING MEETING:A brief opening meeting was arranged in the board Room, with the Assessors, management representative, Steering Committee, Head of the Departments and the Hospital staff at 9 a.m. so that they were exposed to NABH requirements. Principal welcomed the gathering, welcome the NABH assessment team, announced that the Final Assessment for NABH Accreditation has begun, seeking everyone's cooperation and handed over chairmanship of the opening meeting to the Principal Assessor who then took over from that point. The team made a power point presentation and Principal made introductory presentation highlighting the Hospital features. ASSESSMENT:The team assessed the documents of the hospital, services and functions in patient care, different scope of services of the hospital, conducted functional interview, made facility tour, evaluated manpower and determined the non-conformances. DE-BRIEF & CLOSING MEETING:On day two, we had a de-briefing meeting before closing the day and around 4.30 pm., was the closing meeting. The outcome of the assessment was communicated to NABH and the HCO. "FA was completed successfully and all signed documents were uploaded" |
